4-Ingredient, 5-Minute Healthy Vegan Caramel (Apple) Dip or Sauce

As my nostalgia for the fall kicks in, I start planning all the movies have to watch, things I have to bake, and dream of sweaters to come.

One of my favorite fall traditions is apples with caramel dip. The second there is a hint of crisp on the air, I need it. I have to have it.

The traditional dip I grew up eating has a lot of ingredients, and a lot of ingredients I don’t feel great about eating as often as I want caramel - so this is my go-to way to enjoy guilt-free caramel!

This vegan healthy caramel dip is one of, if not the easiest vegan sauce you will make in your life. You simply add all the ingredients to a small to medium sauce pan over medium heat for roughly 5-minutes. I have found that the better quality my ingredients are for this dip, the better the taste. My go-to maple syrup: organic maple syrup from Costco or Trader Joe's. The only ingredient is maple syrup. Go-to almond butter: Costco's organic almond butter (or Justin's brand). The only ingredient is almonds. See the full recipe and instructions below, bonus points for watching Gilmore Girls while you make it.
